Hi All,
I will appreciate if someone can let me know whether childern of an OCI couple can apply for a PIO card. I believe that it should be possible but not sure of the same. Somone who has more info on this please advise.

If you now have US passport but had Indian passport before, your kids are eligible for PIO (or OCI)

If you still have Indian passport (have GC now, no US passport), then even if kids are born in US and have US passport, they are not eligible for OCI (though they can get PIO)
