PIO Card Time line

Folks,
Any idea how long it takes to get a PIO Card. I applied on 2nd Feb -2008 and have not recived anything yet(San Francisco). Having some plans for a trip to India later this month, was wondering if some one has any information on time it takes.
Appreciate the response
 
I applied for my son on Jan 28th ( SanFrancisco ) and got on March 6th.

I applied on Feb 2nd and it reached Feb 6th. I am also planning to India in next month. Please keep posting your developement so it helps both of us to track the status
