PIO application question

Hi,
We recently received our citizenship and getting ready to apply for PIO card. I have a few questions on the application form,

1. Question 9 asks for passport information like number, date and other details of passport. This information would be of the new US passport correct?

That is correct. You Indian passport is no longer valid (even if it is not canceled) after you acquire US citizenship and so the application refers to your foreign passport (in this case the US passport).
