Any one you has an idea about when TSC will implement Pilot Program for Employment Based applications (process in 90 days)?
As you know for non employment based apps, its already started from 04/21/04. If it is not implmented for emp' based, then for us whats a big deel about it ? We are not getting any benifit...
I feel we need to find more info from all our Attornys about how emp' based people are going to benifit from this Pilot Program for Concurrent Applications filed after April 30. When I check my attorny she is telling she don't have any further details. May be some of your attorny's may have..Can you guys check as well.
