Pictures swapped on EAD and AP

My wife and i receievd our EAD cards and approved AP documents over the weekend and noticed that the pictures on our EAD cards had been swapped i.e her card has my picture and vice-versa. It\'s the same for AP as well.

Has this happened to anyone else and how de we go about getting it rectified ?

In our case the signatures on the EADs were transposed.

My law firm is filing for the EADs again.

That\'s what i was told by my attorney too...he\'s going to re-file for the EAD\'s and AP and was going to request an expedited process....whatever that\'s supposed to mean :-(

I am also in the same case.
My Experience : Called INS, an IIO said she will order a new card for us, Because it their mistake. I did not apply for a new one.
