Pictures for e-filed AP??

Hello All,

I e-filed my EAD/AP last night and called the customer service number to setup an appointment for biometrics. The lady set it up for my EAD application based on the LIN number and said for AP I will have to take actual pictures and mail it in with my application. I said this was contrary to what I have been told as the biometrics appointment should do it, but she was adamant that is the case?

Can any guru please shed some light on whether this is accurate or not? I tried browsing the archives and found a wealth of EAD info.

You have to send 2 photos for E-file AP.

You will need two pictures. IF you do not send it then you will get an RFE.

yes she is correct for EAD You need to take biometrics Appointment and for AP You have to sent Pictures with supporting Docs.
