I have just received my FP notice for me and my spouse (not for my son :4 and half years). I have two questions:
1. Is it common not to have a FP notice for a 4 and half year old kid?
2. For me I have Driver Lisence and Passport as my picture ID, for my spouse she does not have a driver lisence yet (she has a drivers permit currently), so will her passport picture ID be enough for the FP appointment.
Your input will be very valuable.
