MY friend pleaded guilty on false accunting of 2,000 pds of expense claims, got 200 hrs comminuity & fine in uk.
1. can he get job in uk (usmle cleared)
2. can he get h1b visa in usa
3. how can he re-establish his life in us/ canada
4. what countries he can work - australia?
It was unfortunate mishap as 5 of his collgues who also were charged from same department beaucse of unclear rules.
