Hi my wife a medical doctor from Pakistan is in the US on a visitor visa. She started working on an honorary basis at Emory (atlanta), but her visa expires in August. She's trying to find someone who could get her a H1-B visa. I'm a g-c holder therefore I'm not much of help. We recently got a three month extension only. Can she apply another extension and in the mean time either transfer it to a student visa, anyone can help with what other options are available. Should we consult an imm attorney. Any good help would be a great start. Thanks
