I appplied my 140/485 in Dec 2004, with RD

I got my initial EAD approved and also renewed it.
There is no news on my I-140, so I inquired my case.
The response from USCIS says.
This petition was filed under 3rd preference visa category, as a skilled worker or professional, Does this mean EB3?
Are Physical Therapist petitions directly filed for 140/485(w/o Labor) always fall under EB3?
Does it mean that the priority date of this case is the date of filing of 140 (Dec 2004 in my case)?
USCIS also mention that currenlty they are processing cases in this category (EB3) with priority dates 04/15/01 or earlier?.
Does it mean that theoritically it will take atleast another 3 yrs to process my I140?.
According to my understanding Physical Therapist/Nurses petitions fall under Schedule A workers, that are adjudicated faster and dont fall under other skilled workers category?
Did anyone of you face the same problem?
What can I do to expediate the adujudication.?
