Can an IT company apply for GC for a Physical therapist (who falls under schedule A program). what's the requirement to file GC for healthcare professionals? Anybody any ideas?

The company has be in business related to healthcare. For example an software company that writes MRI/CT imaging software can qualify for certain employees (not all though).
