Hello everyone,
My fiance is a PT in India and she will be coming to US in dec 2005. She has done 4.5 years Physical therapy education and has 1 year work experience. My visa status is H-1B so she will be coming here on H4 visa.
I read some details on FCCPT and it seems like there is type 1, type 2. I think since she will be on H4 visa she will fall in type 1 category. Now the credential evaluation process itself takes 16 weeks. She will be appearing for Toefl in dec and the will be appearing for PT licensing exam for Georgia next year. If i can get her crendentials evaluated by the time she gets here then if she has to take any courses then we dont have to wait for crendentials evaluation once she is in US.
could any one advice me what are the best practices for obtaining PT license for GA.
