I am an airline pilot working for an foreign airline, but based in the USA. This base requires USC or PRC. I am paying US taxes and have my residence in the USA. Everytime I am at work I leave the USA. Does this time abroad count on the 2 1/2 year physical presence requirement to obtain USC.
