PHOTOS while Landing

Do we must have 2 photos while landing as an immigrant to apply for PR ?

I am asking this because it is hard to find a studio which has name/address stemps to place at the back of photos as per requirement.

Don't they take new photos at the border (Niagara) ?

Pls advise.
 
If you are Landing now after June 28 then you need only 2 Passport style photographs with white background.

the above new photorequirement is for those who have Landed in Canada and did not apply the card at time of landing. the name,address, stamp are required for those who apply from with IN Canada . How one can have photographs taken in Canada if one is landing?
