I am the petitioner for my wife ,when submitting the I 130 I know to include 2 passport style photos of my wife, do I also have to submit photos of myself?
 
Hi yes if you going to send the package I-130/485/765
you must to submit 5 passport photo of your wife and one of you
1 for I130 of you wife one of you
2 for I485 of you wife and
2 for I765 of you wife

I am so po'd right now at this paralegal who did this filing for us. she told us all we needed was 2 passport style photos of my wife for the I 130, said nothing about 2 more photos needed for the 485 and I even asked if they needed photos of myself and she said no. So now our entire packet is going to be sent back? Do we need to send bills with both names etc.. or affadavits also, she said not necessary ,only have to provide stuff like that for an interview, I am gettin so frustrated this has been a 2 month long process with this service and it has been nothin but mistake and misinformation from the beginning.
 
don't get frustreate I filed by myself I just follow the instruction on the application
are you sending I-485 alond with it?

All the forms are filed together, 130,485, 765,325's ,864,etc... concurrent, so how many photos of my wife need to be submitted? and how many of myself?
 
five of your wife and one of you
1 for I130 of you wife one of you

thats correct and 2 more for your foreign spouse, if you have filed for I-131 advance parole (for foreign travel) so that makes a grand total of 7 for the foreign spouse and 1 for you . Your paralegal doesnt seem to be experienced in Immigration , just fire her.
 
good advise I have so many friend there got rip off by does people who think they now how to filed and then my friends recognized that they should done it by themselves
google anywhere I did not have any help and my case is straightforward thank God :p
