Photos and Medical

Hi All,
I have few questions
1.Do we need to have photos before we go to medical test ??
2.Iin this forum i see people even discussing about specific photo studios is it compulsory that we need to get photos from those photo studios only.I was thinking to get photos here only in USA before i leave.
3.What is the procedure to take medical appointment for Hinduja Hospital.(mumbai)
4.Mine is employment based immigration am carrying only I-134 for my wife not I-864 or anything.Is it right??
Between BC and Hinduja am planning to go to Hinduja.Any advices

{Yes. The lab affixes the photo of the candidate on the medical form and fill in the report. The same applies to the physicians's report later}

{Research the forum about this because I am not too familiar about the
good studios in Bombay. The names of the places are quoted because
some candidates have had problems when the studio is not well experienced in taking these photos for the Immigrant Visa. I believe there is
a place in the Consulate itself where they take the photos required for the Visa. Again research the forum for the latest information on this}

{You are all set. In employment category the I-864 is required in very specific and rare cases. i.e. if you are related to anyone owning 5% or more
ownership in the company that is sponsoring you}

I don't know if U still need this info, but anyway:

1. yes
2. My Own Photo Studio across from the US consulate does a perfect job.
3. Call the hospital

I would recommend Hinduja.
