I read on the uscis site that the photo requirements have now changed.
Instead of a 3-quarters profile which was the norm earlier, full-frontal photo is now required.
Is this change applicable for EAD (L2) application too?
why don't you do EAD on-line.
This will you go into ASP (most often ocal USCIS office) where they get all the biometric info. This might be a lot easier.
