Ok, it's driving me nuts, somebody please clarify !!!
In the instructions http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-131.pdf (revised 10/2005) on page 5 it says that there should be a 3/4 frontal view with ear. Today I called USCIS, and was told that the face should be straight to the camera.
Now here -->http://www.usavisanow.com/photoreq.html it says that starting Aug 2004 all pictures with full frontal face are excepted.
Then why is it different in the instruction that was revised in Oct 2005 ???
Before I submit the application, somebody please tell me what photograph I should submit.
