No. The photo is without glasses. Your lawyer should give you details of how the photo should be. If you don\'t have a lawyer then go to a studio where they know how to take GC pictures (These are different from passport pictures). Taking the wrong picture can cause unnecessary delays with your EAD and AP applications. Best wishes....
