Photo for Permanent Residence Card

Hi,

I became a Canadian Permanent Resident on October 2004 and returned to the US thereafter (I am on a H1B). I received my PR Card at my cousin's address (in December 2004) but my son's PR card was refused as his photo did not meet requirements. I plan to go to Canada in July 2005 and would prefer to get his photo for the PR card then. Will it cause me any problems if I delay taking my son's photo by seven months? Has anyone on this forum faced a similar situation? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Interesting...if I may inquire...why are you putting of the trip until July 2005?? Are you planning on moving permanently in July 2005? If yes, then should be all fine I suppose.

Could you give me your situation? Is your son's PR card taken care of. I am in the same situation, I came back to US after landing and they want me to come back for a photo. What are my options?

I got a mail from CIC at my Canadian relative's addess to show up for a photo shoot on Thursday Jan 24 at 8:30 am. I am going to Toronto tommorow
