Hi all,
I am new to I-140 forum. Hope someone can help me out here.

I planing to file I-140 with CP option and I have plan to change my
address in next 2-3 months. Do I have to update my change of
address for I-140 ? ( I am not filling 485 concurrent )

I believe you have to inform it. But you personally can't do it for I-140 (unlike I-485). You have to have your company/attorney do it.

I have in the past called BCIS and changed the address for 140 & 485 both personally. Even though my company filed the application. So I guess you can personally change the 140 address. Call the 1800 number and talk to an IIO
