Phone system down?

Hi guys,

When I call USCIS customer service abd enter my receipt number, it says "we are sorry, but due to a temperary system problem we could not access your account...". Does anyone else get the same response? if so how could you get through to talk to a CIS agent?
 
yes happened to me

it did happen to me. I would not worry about it. if you call them back in a day or you should be able to get through.

How does one speak to a CSR

I have called the 800# but non eof th eoptions give me a chance to speak to a customer service rep to initiate an enquiry. When I call it says due to some technical .. we cannot access your account at this time and thats it.. which option do i have to press to reach to the CSR to initiate an inqyury...
Please let me know
 
Thanks. I tried again today using my spouse's receipt number and was able to talk to the service rep about my case -- It is still stuck with FBI name check.
