How do I get a hold of a officer in CSC. I want to get the status on my case the AWM is wrong.

How do you get to a live person. I only got to an automated recording using this number

The number is the same
the live person works during 9 am to 4 pm PST

during this time if u get through then u press 0 to talk to the live IIO.

It takes a long time though

I just get engaged tone whenever I call.
What did they say abt AVM being wrong? I have the same problem too.
