Guys,
Hope this will help you all. Read it for the important information at the end. Most of the EB3 categories guys should follow up with USCIS and they will provide you a unique number ending with VSC to follow up your case.
Call the USCIS center and the only way to reach them is go for the rgular option like
1. Dialing the 1 800 number
2. Choose 1 option - For English
3. Choose 2 option - To go to the main Menu
4. Choose 2 Option - To know about your pending case
5. Choose the 5th Option (Which will ask you incase you want to change your I129information, this is the only way to reach to the customer service)
6. Choose Option 2 now.
7. It asks for the receipt number, but you will be connected to them right away
Please let the customer service person that know that your case was filed in 2003 (she is going to ask for the exact date, your name, your date of birth, your Alien No).
She is going to assign you the unique number which you got to write it doen and wait for the update from your service center. Once you ask them to follow up on your case, they will give you a valid reason as why your case is not approved yet.
Sooner the better.
Thanks
Aman
