yeah, my attoney called today, labor indicated they working on those
filed early of April. I am confused when I read the message you posted almost one month ago.
A friend got labour filed in early april by mid november ( RIR eb2 )
there is a gap of a ~week between RIR and non,
but still if they have still not finished april then its virtually at a standstill for the last couple of weeks.
