if my case is transfer to local USCIS (philadelphia), will the transefer date or i485 RD be the RD for local office?
 
It's different from local office. Houston office consider RD but San Antonio office, TD. You'd better to contact with Philadelphis office.

If Houston office consider RD’s for transferred cases, which months RD’s they are processing now.

6/1/2002 according to case status but I don't know exactly.
