friends,
we got our passport stamped on thursday, sept 17th at Philly. I was dissppointed after looking at my stamping. stamp is in very poor quality. we reached 16th & Callowhill Street around 7.45. standing in the que for about 20 mins. took the token and waited for 2 1/2 hours. officer(no smile on her office and looks as if we are going to stay at her home) called our number and took our passport, I-94, EAD, 2 ADIT photos and approval letter. took index finger print and signature on form I-89. she did not ask for AP. She said my photos are too dark and may be rejected. I had no time to get the photos. so took the risk with same photos.
she opened my previous 2 H1visa pages and my wife's H4 visa page and wrote "cancelled without prejudice" twice on each page. here is what stamped on my passport page in red ink.

processed for I-551

She said it will take 3 to 6 months to receive the cards. we left around 10.50 and office closed the doors at 11 AM.
hope this helps. Wish you all the best.
