Philadelphia/SESA case filed in February 2002.

Hello,
Could anyone give me an idea how long it would take to get to a case filed in February 2002.I have been watching since 6 months and its been april 2001 all along.

Please check in "Philly SESA" thread. Yes, you are right for last 6 months there is no improvement, because of 245i cases filed and April 30th 2001 is the deadline for those applicants. However, according to Philly SESA forum April cases are almost done. Once they are out of April '01, you will see good progress. Go and take a look at the thread mentioned above, for most recent news at your SESA.
