!. Can i go for stamping any time after I receive the original approval notice from my lawyer.?
2. Is there any time of the day ( morning, late afternoon, etc) that is better,(less crowded) as the philadelphia BCIS office.
3. How long does one have to wait in line?

my suggestions

1. Yes

2. as early as you can, the INS open at 8:30, but you'll find there is a long line on 7:30, the early you get in, the early you can get out, Be keep in mind that Philly's office close at 1:00pm on Thursday.

3. It's depends, from 1/2 hr to 6 hours, again, if you can get there by 8:00am, you may only need less than 1 hour to be done, be sure you put eough quarters in the parking meters so you don't have to go back and forth and risk to lose your numbers and you have to start all over again ( I did it last ltime).

Be prepared and relax for long waiting, good luck! Hope this helps.
