Philadelphia Labor Certification - INFO

Hi guys

I have applied for Labor Certification in Pittsburgh in May 2004 on RIR, and my attorney said that it got state clearance and moved to fedarl (Philadelphia) in July 2004.

I am currently looking at the Philadelphia processing it is saying that they are processing July 2003.

Is there any one like me got approved in between, I would appreciate the information.
