I have applied for labout processing in March/2002 through Daleware and I got state labour cleared in 30 days from Daleware and I applied in July 3rd for Federal Labour in Philadelphia. As of today I haven't received any information. Can you please let me know if you have any idea about the processing time for the Federal labour from Philadelphia, I see on the site http://workforcesecurity.doleta.gov/foreign/times.asp from the past 4 months it shows it working on 'May' How long does it take. If anyone you are in the same loop and got your approval please let me know.

Thanks

Do you have any clue when they will be processing July.Mostly I will in the same date where you are. R U planning to apply a new labour from another state. I am really thinking to apply from another state but I if this gets approved in 2 or 3 months then other one will be waste of money..Please advice.

Lucky you are man, You applied in March 2002 and got approved labor in one month, we in MD waiting since last 2 years, and seems like would not get any answer for another one year.

Wish you all the best, Hangin there, Philly is working slow, but hey you get state labor approved in a month

Can anyone help me out !
I was applied under non-RIR case but I am not sure id this is an EB2 or EB2 NON-RIR, Does it makes any difference in processing time for EB2 Non-RIR and EB3 Non-RIR ???, If there is any difference where can we see in the following site.?
http://workforcesecurity.doleta.gov/foreign/times.asp

When I asked my Attorney, He mentioned I was applied as Non-RIR case and I have 8 years of experience on the Resume.

Thanks in Advance !

Krishna,

It doesn't matter if EB2 or EB3. Everything is current now. EB2 and EB3 comes in I-485 stage. My present company applied for Labour in Texas under RIR. But Texas is very strict in Layoffs. My company has layoffs. Mine was rejected and sent back to Texas State labor. Now Texas is processing April 2001 cases for Non RIR. Philly DOL is the only hope for me. That is the reason I applied in Non RIR with Philly. Everything is going bad for me from past 6 months. All bad news.

My case has moved from Delaware to Pilly DOL on the 31st of Dec'2002. In that case when will be mine considered.
I have this quick question though is it not considered on the priority date, i.e, the date that the case is initially filed at sesa. If that is true probably by this time your both the cases would have moved right...please write a quote on this matter.
Thanks

Dear Friends,

I applied for Delaware Federal labor in July/lastweek/2002.
It has been approved last week !

It tool almost one year to get my labor work, I did a major mistake when I gave my paper work to American lawyer in FEB 2002 she applied in Regular process (NON-RIR) case most of them got labour in 6 months after they applied in RIR case but for me it took 1 year to get approval.

And I don't want to make a big mistake again, I am ready to take risk and want to apply for consulate process.... Can any one of you expain me how it works and How I should apply for it without delay...

I have to apply for I-140 next week, Do you advice me going through Consulate Process or Regualar process in USA. I am ready to take risk in going to India for Consulate process.

My friends told me that if good to apply I-140 and it seems it takes 3 months to get approval and then go to India and apply for i-485 in the same day in the consulate process. Is this true??

Since we people suffer a lot from this US Immigration. Is always better to take advice from your experiences and that's why I also what to exchange my hard feelings for the last 8 months for this mistake I did with my Attorney !...

Thanks a lot and Good Luck for Every one !
Please reply to my questions if you have time.
