Hi Everyone and good luck on your cases..
i filed my case in 2002 and got response from phily in october 2006.send the respond back at same day that we want to continue the case by post and by fax.
Guess what, i received another letter saying that they haven't received anything and case is closed..Any advise would be helpful..

Do you have any proof that you send a response? If you have used any mailing facility with tracking information, that may help.
