how did you get your case number

I've seen that most of you got a eta case number while I don't even know what number mine is thus I can't track anything. I called my lawyer and was told that New jersey doesn't give out any case number or receipt number so there is nothing I can do except waiting.... :confused:

I filed my petition march, 2003, eb 3-rir,no 45 days letter yet, dying to wait for LC

can anyone tell me how you got your eta case number? Your response will be highly appreciate
 
Labor Approved

My Labor was approved on Nov 2, 2006. Following are my details

EB3 RIR NJ
LC FD: 06/16/2003
45 day letter: 10/05/2005
LC AD: 11/02/2003

What is your ETA number except last 3 digits?
 
I got an email from my lazy lawyer, telling me my labor is proved.(11/09/2006)

EB2 RIR NJ
LC FD: 09/2002
45 day letter: 09/2005

Congrats. This is very good news. Can you share your ETA case number except last 3 digits.

Mine online status shows CERTIFIED after more than 4 years.I had a NOF requesting more info on recruitment which was replied October 20th.

Hope i receive my documents ASAP.

Congrats! Looks like mine is getting closer to approval after seeing of 05131&05132... series.

Not necessary. All cases right around mine were either certified or closed and mine is still "in process". Then again, there are cases a bit further before mine that are in "data review" and others "in process" so there's no guarantee.

2 working days for 1 number move. hah, so I can get mine certified in 28 working days? sounds good :rolleyes:
 
My ETA Case Number is P-05146-42XXX. Many cases around mine have been certified too. But mine still in process...................... :(

My Labor has finally got certified

My Labor has finally got certified as of 17th Feb 2007.

I am waiting for the paper copy of Labor Cert-

Anyone any idea how much time it takes for a paper copy to come once the online status shows as certified

Wish you all in this forum that you all get your labor very soon
