Philadelphia BEC-Atlanta Region only

I am starting a new thread for tracking all PBEC-Atlanta Region cases only.
There are around 10,000 cases from Atlanta Region pending in BECs.

It helps a lot to maintain tracking list. It seems now they are processing Feb 2004 cases for Atlanta Region.

i am been seing that philaback center processing jan,feb 2004 cases ....mine is oct 2003 pd.......i am still waiting for .....i don't know hen i am going to get mine !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so worried.........

my company filed three LC's, All RIR, same PD Aug 2003, all reached Atlanta sometime in Sept 2003. One got certified last month and two are still pending... :mad:

Random approval (MS vs BS)

Saraiks,

COuld you check that the case which got approved was for a guy with MS degree and the stuck once are for BS degree???

I am guessing ... but it might be a way of approval

Seen that folks with same priority date and same ad (RIR from same company), the folks with MS degree are getting approval where as BS folks are stuck out in process....

I had seen this type of post in the past .... but sure that they are doing something like that ... \

Folks who are getting approval ... please mention if they have MS or BS degrees

Hello, My PD also starts with P-05140 and my labor is also stuck. BTW, mine was also pending at Atlanta Regional.
