I don't know if my NC is cleared or not, I guess i should call them after a couple weeks once they go beyond my 485 RD.
Does this movement affect pre-adjudication as well? I have an EB3 case filed in nov, 2005 but no movement in that. Maybe this movement only affects cases where visa numbers are available. Guess pre-adjudication is not happening anymore.
