Pharmacist intern

Pharmacistinter

New Member
Hi,
I am a Canadian citizen, currently living in Singapore. I got a job offer in the US as a Pharmacy intern and would get my Pharmacist license eventually.

To work as an intern, do I need TN? or Can I ask my employer to go for H3 visa, instead?

If TN is the only option, then

job title - Pharmacist intern (Is it the correct job title for Pharmacy interns??).

job description - It has to be similar to Pharmacist job responsibilities, i guess

Location of Residence: I am currently living in Singapore, since my spouse in working in Singapore. Will it be a problem to apply for TN, since I don't own or rent a house in Canada. But I do have a bank account in Canada, credit card, Canadian health card and Social Insurance number card.
If no, then what are the documents I have to show from Singapore as proof of residence or tie ups outside the US. Is it okay to show the lease agreement I signed in Singapore for renting an apartment?

Processing office - In which location at US/Canada border is better to apply for TN?
Is it possible to apply at US/Mexico border as well?? Heard that it is easy to get TN there !!

Qualifications- I already have Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy in another country and a MSc degree from Canada, as well. I also took and passed an American exam (FPGEE) which evaluated my qualifications and tested my knowledge and skills and issued a FPGEE certificate
It basically says that My qualifications are equivalent to American degree. Heard that officers would ask for evaluation of my non-us degree. (In this case FPGEE certificate is my proof of evaluation)

Is it ok to show FPGEE certificate as a proof of evaluation?

Kindly clarify my doubts. Thanks.
