Ph.Experts, I Need advise

I'm a practicing pharmacist from the former USSR (Experience-15 years ), going to prepare FPGEE, My first question is which materials is better for those, who is from the country with completely different pharmaceutical system, I mean, measure units, medicines, pharm.low and so on. Mannan Sr. or Moris Cody, or may be something else?
And the second question: will my TOEFL score recently taken in my country be accepted in US?
