Many questions (22 - 28) in form N-400 about your criminal history are quite broad. In fact, you will need to mention any arrests by immigration authorities such as Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) as well as any traffic tickets that you have received. You will also need to supply documentary evidence showing the outcome of your criminal case. That doesn’t mean that any or every crime will result in your being denied citizenship.
