Please help! I already have an appointment for fp next friday (may 5,2006) and still waiting for my appointment for my interview. But setting my case aside, I still need to petition my children. I have 3 kids from my previous marriage ages 20, 10, 9. My eldest is turning 20 this year so I need to hurry up do the petition. If somebody have the same situation as mine please give me idea. I've already read some of the information to petition children but I still want to have additional information about this like:
1. for the I-130 do I need to fill up the form one for each?
2. Do I need to wait for my approval for my green card before I can petition them or can my USC husband petition them directly as step son/daughter.
Any information regarding this will surely help me very much.
