hello! 1st time poster here.

i am now a citizen (i married a US citizen) but on all our previous applications, i did not include the names of my children (illegitimate) outside of US. i have not include them also on the citizenship application.

what options do i have to be able to bring them here in the US?

thanks...

Can you adopt them? I think it is legal to bring kids from another country, if you've adopted them - Example - Angelina Jolie.
But I'm not sure about the part where you said they are your own, but illegitimate. Check with the country where the kids are from, if you can adopt them.

While applying for citizenship did you tell the truth and declare your childern overseas?

no i did not declare them also in the citizenship apllication.

i mean this happens in real life right? like one day a young kid will approcah you and tell you "hey, i'm your son/daughter". so it's like "by discovery" i have a kid that i don't know but it can be proven otherwise, DNA check or whatever. don't they have the right to be petitioned too?

So, how many children are we talking about that you just "discovered"?
