I am a nurse with a pending I-485/I-140/EAD petition filed at CSC under EB-3 schedule A classification with a notice of action date of Sept 12, 2005. Kindly advise me as to how and when it is best to petition my wife for an immigrant visa as well. She is currently in the Philippines but planning to come to the USA on november on a B2 visa.
