Hi Rajiv Ji,
I attended your call but wasn't lucky enough to get to ask my question. Would you be kind enough to answer my question here please? My Father who was a US citizen filed I-130 for my married sister in 2017. He passed away in August 2020. Is it possible that one of my (Citizen)sibling take over the case and she doesn't lose her priority date? Or does passing away of the petitioner means the case is no more ?
Note : Case was not approved . Case status was "received" only.
Thank you so much for your help in this regard.
