I need advice, I've been on a journey looking for my proof of entry (lost visa/passport ) back in 1990. no luck with FOIA, FOIA by CBP and I-102 . What else can I do to try finding this record? What if Husband (USC) and I file I-130 without it? Or should we try filing 601? any advice will be appreciated.
