Petition what else can be done

Hello folks.
Here is what I have done. I have written letters to the new Central Regional BCIS Director, BCIS Director, Sec. Tom Ridge, Vice President US and President US. last Friday, pointing to this petition and mentioned that folks have been waiting since 1998/1999 to get GC approvals. If I hear anything back from them I will post it in this forum.

What else can be done
1) Take this case up (meet with) your local senators/congresspersons and see if they will do something
2) Check to see if the friends who you have mailed to have signed the petition or not, if they have not then bug them until they sign it. It takes 2 minutes to sign this. We have 375 names in a week. We should strive to double that. I am sure we all have friends who are in the same state as us.
3) Get media attention.
4) Any other suggestions from folks in this forum?

It is still very quiet about I-485 approval in the forum. What the hell is TSC doing now?

Thanks for what you've done. Good job. Without push, TSC will continue to suspend I-485 cases. Nobody knows when.....? I guess many people will face pressure from two sides: Worse economic situation and endless suspension of I-485. The former will force some folks out of jobs, and the latter will force folks out of status. It is unfair for those folks to be out of status because of TSC lazy, bureaucratic and irresponsible attitude.

BlameTSC: Well said. Hopefully other folks in the forum will see these dire possibilities so that they can act soon to save their own interests in getting I-485 approvals.

By the way I forgot to mention that in the letters I mailed to these folks I included a printout of all our signatures as well.

more info on what you can do

Here is some more new information. I have written to Lamar Smith and John Cornyn since I reside in Texas. If you folks are interested you might want to drop a letter to your congressperson/senator attaching the list of signatures (we have 400 so far).
