Petition to Ombudsman?

How come CSC does not have a petition to submit to Ombudsman ?
Are we to participate in the VSC one? If so, we should have a link to the VSC one in one of the main threads in CSC and all other SCs.

This petition is for all service centers. However, CSC ppl are
not active.

I posted similar thread to link to the main thread where draft petition is available for review.

If I don't see this thread at the top I'll request moderators of all SCs today evening to top it.
