Petition to expedite I-140 processing at NSC

Folks,

I found out that sometimes in the past, there was a petition filed by Rajiv Khanna at VSC to expedite I-140 processing.
I don't if that helped or not, but the........

Result? VSC is now the fastest center as far I-140 processing is concerned.

Can we do something similar for NSC?

Check the following link:

I think it's worth a shot. Rather than doing nothing, it's worth trying something

I am not sure if Rajiv is aware of NSC dragging it's feet on 140, Somebody needs to set it up and get the ball rolling

I think the only thing which will work is SATYNARAYAN MAHAPUJA.....
CONTRIBUTE SOME MONEY FOR THE SAME.... .

good idea

I am in too ... been waiting for 140 for almost 11months

thanks,
bp

thanks for reponses

folks,

responses have poured in, but do anyone have any idea on how to get it moving into a reality?

has any one been involved earlier in similar petitions?

aws is right, a lot of times initial response is high, but then loses momentum and dies. We probably need to let Mr.Khanna know and ask for his opinion on such a petition....
And as with the petition (to Vermont for 140) I guess somebody on this website (webmaster - I guess) needs to set one up for us too.

I'll take the initiative

I'll write an e-mail to Mr. Khanna today and see what is his opinion on this.

BTW, how many of you had luck in getting direct response from him, as he is a busy person with a lot of things to do.

aws,
Thanks for taking the initiative. I completely support this.

Reply from Khanna

An automated reply to my e-mail to Mr. Khanna stated that he is not available until next week. This is because that he is busy preparing for some litigation (my guess: the I-1485 litigation against CIS).

As soon as I hear something from him, I'll update the members on this thread.
