Petition sent to Mr.Khatri ?

Is the backlog petition out to Mr.Khatri?
Does anybody know?
The Petition says, it will be sent soon.

I was sent more than a month back and no response yet. Also one of our member submitted the petition in person when Prakash Khatri was in Chicago.
