When I submitted this petition I putted the right information but for some reason the ND is not correct when I checked view signature. What should I do?

I cannot see why it shouldn't covers everybody waited more than 540 days without any information from BCIS about the reason for the delay.

Yes, you are right, when the discussion about a petition started it was only the October cases which had passed the 540 days but now the November and December cases has passed too.
