Petition letter

HI, Guys

My attorney is preparing my file sending for OR filing. I have a question about the petition letter.
In your letter, did you or your attorney elaborate your qulification according to INS requirement one by one? Like say 1) Major prize, the person has won such such prize and further details; 2) memebership, the person has such such membership and further details; 3)publication, ...4)original contribution....
Or like what my attorney did, simply list what is in the package and let the INS officer to figure out which documents fit for what?

And also for EB1 and NIW, which orginizations are good enough. Since when I read the pubulic files from INS's website, one thing they argued about the membership is as long as the memership does not require "outstanding achievement", then it is not qualified. So now, I am confused. Thank you for any input.

You need

A good presentation needs to elaborate each category in details. It seems that Your attorney doesn't have much experience.

You need detailed discussions of how your qualifications meet each of the criteria and prove that your have sustained acclaim in your field. If all your attorney wants to do is simply list the items, you could have just sent in your resume/cv with form I-140. As you know yourself better than anybody else, I suggest that you prepare the initial draft of the letter yourself. You will learn a lot by so doing.

Thanks guys or gals.
This is what I thought. So you can image how shocked I was when I first saw the draft, since my attorney is supposed to be really experienced, and according to her she has no denied case so far. And apparently she does this based on template she has, so if I ask her to redo it completely, it will piss her off probably and will further delay my filing. What should I do, then? :(
