Hi, this is not for me but for someone I want to help. She is a US citizen now,and wants to bring her unmarried son (> 21 years old). Somebody told that first thing is to petition with I-130.
Can somebody help me to find information on this matter, as well as
1. does she needs picture for herself and her son??
2. is the new requirement just passport style pictures (not 3/4)?
3. and for #20 if the son is abroad, this answer is then N/A??
